Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

Cancellation Process

  • Login to your account and go to "My Orders"

  • Select the order you wish to cancel

  • Click on "Cancel Order" and provide a reason

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for canceled orders within the allowed timeframe

  • Products returned due to damage, defect, or wrong item received

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged

Refund Timeline

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds processed within 24-48 business hours after cancellation approval

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 3-7 additional working days for amount to reflect in your account

  • COD orders: Refunds processed to your bank account after providing necessary details

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Customized or personalized products
