Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times

  • After failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse

  • Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Damaged or Missing Orders

  • Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery

  • Contact support@calmebeauty.com with order details and photos

  • We will investigate and provide appropriate resolution

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000

  • Additional COD charges of ₹50 apply

  • Payment must be made in exact change to the delivery person
